Bring mats close together side by side, both partners lie on their mats. Partner 1’s feet are facing partners 2’s feet. Heads are at opposite end of the mat. Bodies are side by side, hip-to-hip. Feet are in the air. Hold partner’s opposite hand (i.e. my right hand, her left hand). At the same time, she will lift her hips (butt) off the ground and rotate to partner’s mat (where partner was), and repeat back and forth.
Tip: Remember to exhale and squeeze your stomach when lifting your hips (butt) off the mat.
